올해 중으로 한국판 나사(NASA)가 출범할 예정입니다.
The Korean version of NASA will be launched sometime this year.

지난 8일 우주항공청특별법이 국회 과학기술방송통신위원회 회의를 통과했습니다.
On the 8th, the Korea Aerospace Administration Special Act passed the meeting of the Science, ICT, Future Planning, Broadcasting and Communications Committee.

우주항공청특별법은 우주항공 분야에 대한 정책을 수립하고 인력을 양성하는 등의 업무를 맡는 우주항공청을 설립한다는 법안입니다.
The Korea Aerospace Administration Special Act is a bill to establish the Korea Aerospace Agency, which is in charge of establishing policies and training personnel in the aerospace field.

앞으로 법안이 한국 국회를 통과하면 빠르면 5월에 우주항공청이 출범하게 됩니다.
If the bill passes the Korean National Assembly in the future, the Korea Aerospace Administration(KASA) will be launched as early as May.
